Table Tennis Cairns is a not for profit facility that caters for beginners to experts in the sport of table tennis. 'Junior' Coaching sessions are conducted at the following times: Tuesdays 16:00 - 19:00, Fridays 16:00 - 19:00. Senior Coaching at all other times upon request. Coaching for junior and adult members is covered by entry fees, non-members by negotiation.
We would like to invite players of all skill levels, backgrounds and ages to come and join us for social practice, coaching and fixtures. We can cater to anyone: Complete beginners, social players and advanced players.
With a proud history of being one of Cairns’ longest running sporting associations (Established 1952) Table Tennis Cairns is centrally located at 99 Sheridan Street, directly across the Cairns Performing Arts Centre.
Come and join us for social play, practice, regular fixtures and coaching. There’s no need to book, just choose a time that suits you from the session times page and come along ready to play. You don’t even need a bat (or paddle) as you can use a house bat for free if you need one.
Table Tennis Cairns offers a variety of different playing times to suit everybody’s schedule and ability. Players are welcome to attend anytime and in fact attending more than one session a week is strongly encouraged to improve your skills and meet new friends. Players of all skill levels from beginner to advanced welcome. You don’t need to come with a partner (although preferred) as there is usually other players for you to play, not having a bat is no excuse as the association can loan bats to new players free of charge!
